Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Digital Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah dunia kerja global dan mempercepat munculnya era Future of Work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital melalui inovasi digital dan prinsip keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) kualitatif dengan panduan PRISMA 2020. Data diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Scopus, dan Semantic Scholar dengan mengidentifikasi 68 artikel yang diterbitkan pada periode 2019–2024, kemudian dipilih 10 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga pilar utama, yaitu transformasi digital sebagai pendorong pengembangan kompetensi melalui people analytics dan reskilling berkelanjutan, Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan resiliensi karyawan, serta kolaborasi manusia dan kecerdasan buatan yang didukung kepemimpinan digital yang etis dalam kerangka Society 5.0. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi dapat mencapai keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan inovasi digital dan keberlanjutan yang berpusat pada manusia untuk membangun ekosistem talenta yang adaptif dan tangguh.
