Membangun Human Capital yang Berkelanjutan: Adaptasi Budaya Inovasi terhadap Dinamika Future of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perubahan pola kerja akibat digitalisasi, otomatisasi, dan perkembangan teknologi menuntut organisasi membangun human capital yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Budaya inovasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan individu dan organisasi menghadapi dinamika future of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis adaptasi budaya inovasi dalam mendukung pengembangan human capital berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai fenomena perubahan organisasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya inovasi mendorong peningkatan kompetensi, kolaborasi, kreativitas, serta kemampuan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Adaptasi budaya yang fleksibel juga memperkuat kesiapan organisasi menghadapi transformasi digital dan perubahan pasar kerja..
