Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Digital Dan Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara organisasi beroperasi melalui penerapan kecerdasan buatan, big data, komputasi awan, dan otomatisasi. Transformasi ini mendorong munculnya Future of Work yang menekankan fleksibilitas kerja, digitalisasi, serta sistem kerja hybrid dan remote. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review terhadap 35 artikel dari tahun 2019–2025 untuk menganalisis penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dan keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan digital, kreativitas, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan kemampuan adaptasi sangat penting dalam menghadapi perubahan. Budaya inovasi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan mampu meningkatkan daya saing serta ketahanan organisasi di era digital modern.
