Integrasi AI, Sustainability Intelligence, Dan Adaptive Workforce Architecture Dalam Ekosistem Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak. Lintasan dunia kerja bergerak menjauh dari logika otomatisasi Industri 4.0 menuju paradigma yang lebih integratif, yang menempatkan kesejahteraan manusia, tanggung jawab ekologis, dan kemampuan adaptif sebagai pusat perancangan organisasi. Makalah ini mengajukan kerangka konseptual Human Capital 5.0 dengan mensintesiskan tiga pilar yang saling terkait: integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, sustainability intelligence sebagai kapabilitas strategis, dan arsitektur tenaga kerja adaptif yang mampu merespons gejolak pasar tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur naratif terhadap artikel jurnal ilmiah yang terindeks dan dipublikasikan dalam rentang 2021–2026, dengan perhatian khusus pada konteks Indonesia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa adopsi AI dalam manajemen SDM lebih ditentukan oleh tata kelola etis, kematangan data, dan kepercayaan antara manusia dan mesin daripada sekadar kesiapan teknologi. Sustainability intelligence tampil sebagai kompetensi tersendiri yang menjembatani kepedulian lingkungan dengan strategi bisnis, sementara arsitektur tenaga kerja adaptif menuntut pergeseran dari pengorganisasian berbasis peran menuju berbasis keterampilan.
