Strategi Manajemen SDM Inovatif dalam Memperkuat Daya Saing Perusahaan di Era Digital
Abstract
Abstrak, Era digitalisasi memicu transformasi besar pada tata kelola sumber daya manusia (SDM), mengubah peran yang semula bersifat klerikal menjadi fungsi strategis demi mendongkrak aspek inovasi dan daya saing. Studi ini mengkaji model pengelolaan SDM inovatif menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berpedoman pada protokol PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus yang memuat jurnal internasional bereputasi tinggi (Q1–Q2). Melalui proses seleksi terhadap 735 naskah yang terjaring, terpilih 20 artikel relevan untuk ditelaah secara mendalam. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan eksistensi instrumen digital seperti artificial intelligence, big data, dan HR analytics terbukti mengoptimalkan perekrutan, meningkatkan mutu pelatihan staf, serta memperkuat basis data dalam pengambilan keputusan hukum. Kendati demikian, efektivitas sistem ini turut ditentukan oleh faktor internal seperti kultur instansi, kapasitas literasi digital staf, serta komitmen para pemimpin. Penelitian memberikan konklusi bahwa pemanfaatan model SDM inovatif yang berbasis teknologi digital memegang andil krusial bagi pencapaian efisiensi, fleksibilitas, serta resiliensi organisasi jangka Panjang.
