Analisis Infrastruktur Teknologi Digital Dalam Mendukung Strategi Informasi Manajemen
Abstract
Abstrak. Studi ini menganalisis infrastruktur teknologi digital sebagai komponen strategis dalam sistem informasi manajemen di organisasi-organisasi Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengkaji kondisi terkini infrastruktur digital termasuk komputasi awan, jaringan broadband, sistem keamanan siber, dan pusat data. Studi ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan utama seperti jaringan fiber optik yang tersebar luas dan dukungan pemerintah melalui inisiatif Palapa Ring, sekaligus mengungkap kelemahan termasuk kesenjangan digital antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan. Peluang yang muncul dari pertumbuhan ekonomi digital Indonesia yang diproyeksikan mencapai USD 210 miliar pada tahun 2027 dan ancaman dari kerentanan keamanan siber dianalisis secara menyeluruh. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi harus mengadopsi strategi infrastruktur digital terintegrasi yang selaras dengan tujuan transformasi digital nasional untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keunggulan kompetitif. Makalah ini merekomendasikan peta jalan investasi bertahap dan kerangka kerja kemitraan publik-swasta untuk menutup kesenjangan infrastruktur yang ada.
