Inovasi dan Keberlanjutan Human Capital dalam Kolaborasi Teknologi: Menuju Efektivitas Kerja Era Digital

Abstract. Transformasi Digital dan Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah secara signifikan mengubah lanskap ketenagakerjaan, mengharuskan organisasi bukan hanya mengadopsi teknologi tetapi juga meningkatkan human capital menjadi lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengkaji interaksi anatara inovasi dan keberlanjutan sumber daya manusia dalam hubungannya dengan teknologi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efektvitas kerja di Era Digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui pengumpulan data dan analisis data sekunder dari jurnal nasional dan internasional, buku, serta publikasi ilmiah terkait human capital, transformasi digital dan future of work. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi human capital melalui pembelajaran digital, manajemen talenta berbasis data, system kerja fleksibel dan keberlanjutan SDM yang mencakup pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan adaptabilitas menjadi fondasi yang penting. Kolaborasi sinergis antara manusia dan teknologi membuat kerja menjadi lebih efisien dan akurat, sementara manusia sebagai pusat kreativitas, etika dan keputusan strategis yang terbukti meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efisiensi sumber daya dan kemampuan adaptasi kerja. Kesimpulannya, integrasi inovasi human capital, keberlanjutan SDM, dan kolaborasi teknologi secara simultan mampu menciptakan efektivitas kerja yang optimal di era digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan organisasi untuk berinvestasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi digital dan kesejahteraan karyawan, serta mendorong penelitian empiris lebih lanjut di sector industry Indonesia.
