Optimalisasi Pengembangan Sdm Berbasis Teknologi Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap ketenagakerjaan secara signifikan dan menciptakan tantangan baru dalam era future of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan daya saing, adaptabilitas, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja di tengah transformasi digital. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas meliputi kesenjangan kompetensi digital, rendahnya adaptasi teknologi, serta kebutuhan peningkatan keterampilan secara berkelanjutan melalui upskilling dan reskilling. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur melalui analisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, laporan, dan penelitian terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia serta transformasi digital. Objek penelitian difokuskan pada penerapan teknologi dalam pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan digital, e-learning, kecerdasan buatan, dan sistem manajemen talenta berbasis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM berbasis teknologi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, inovasi, serta kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi future of work. Kesimpulannya, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi adaptif melalui penguatan kompetensi digital, kepemimpinan kolaboratif, dan integrasi teknologi secara berkelanjutan guna menciptakan SDM yang unggul dan kompetitif di era digital.
