Resiliensi Perusahaan Melalui Penguatan Human Capital Dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Digital
Abstract
Abstrak, Transformasi digital telah mengubah secara mendasar cara perusahaan beroperasi, bersaing, dan membangun kapasitas tenaga kerjanya. Dalam konteks tersebut, human capital menjadi penentu utama resiliensi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran penguatan human capital dalam membangun resiliensi perusahaan di era transformasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengacu pada kerangka PRISMA 2020, dengan menganalisis 32 artikel jurnal ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025 dari basis data Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Web of Science. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi digital, kepemimpinan adaptif, budaya pembelajara.
