Hubungan Green Recruitment, Employer Branding, Dan Daya Tarik Talenta Generasi Milenial Serta Generasi Z Pada Organisasi Modern
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara green recruitment, employer branding, dan daya tarik talenta Generasi Milenial serta Generasi Z pada organisasi modern. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect pada periode 2015–2025. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan berdasarkan relevansi topik, kualitas publikasi, dan kesesuaian dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa green recruitment berperan penting dalam membangun employer branding yang positif melalui penyampaian komitmen organisasi terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan. Employer branding yang kuat terbukti meningkatkan daya tarik organisasi bagi Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z yang cenderung mempertimbangkan nilai etika, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kepedulian lingkungan dalam memilih tempat kerja. Selain itu, integrasi green recruitment dan employer branding juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan reputasi organisasi serta retensi talenta muda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi rekrutmen yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan dan didukung oleh employer branding yang kuat dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam memperoleh dan mempertahankan talenta berkualitas pada era bisnis modern.
