Peran Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Penguatan Human Capital: Kajian Literature Review Di Era Transformasi Digital
Abstract
Abstrak. Pesatnya perkembangan era digital telah mengubah paradigma operasional secara mendasar, yang menuntut organisasi untuk memperkuat modal manusia guna mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam memperkuat human capital di era transformasi digital, serta mengkaji bagaimana disrupsi teknologi dapat menimbulkan tantangan apabila tidak diimbangi dengan kompetensi karyawan. Permasalahan utama yang diteliti adalah potensi kesenjangan digital dan resistensi yang muncul ketika alat digital diterapkan tanpa pengembangan talenta dan kesadaran lingkungan yang memadai. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengusulkan sintesis pengembangan talenta digital yang berkelanjutan. Objek penelitian ini adalah literatur terkini dari basis data akademik bereputasi antara tahun 2020 dan 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah praktik sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan (seperti ESG dan Green Human Resource Management) secara positif mampu meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah sinergi antara inovasi teknologi dan keberlanjutan mampu mentransformasi modal manusia menjadi aset strategis yang adaptif.
