Human Capital Digital sebagai Penggerak Transformasi Pasar Tenaga Kerja dalam Dinamika Pembangunan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan
Abstract
Abstrak. Modernisasi digital secara radikal telah merombak tatanan ketenagakerjaan dan menuntut kesiapan modal manusia berbasis digital sebagai pilar pembangunan ekonomi jangka panjang. Lewat studi ini, dianalisis sejauh mana human capital digital mampu menggerakkan evolusi di pasar kerja. Riset ini mengadopsi metode studi kepustakaan kualitatif dengan paparan deskriptif, dengan memanfaatkan dokumen ilmiah dari Google Scholar serta situs otoritatif dalam rentang waktu dari tahun 1990 sampai dengan tahun 2025. Melalui seleksi komprehensif, sebanyak 25 artikel terpilih dari 45 referensi awal yang dikumpulkan. Hasil telaah literatur memperlihatkan bahwa penguasaan kompetensi digital, literasi informasi, dan ketahanan adaptif tenaga kerja berimplikasi besar pada output produktivitas, dinamika mobilitas kerja, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Manajemen investasi yang terarah pada sektor human capital ini efektif memitigasi risiko pengangguran akibat pergantian teknologi. Namun, ketimpangan akses terhadap edukasi teknologi masih menjadi isu krusial. Oleh sebab itu, riset ini menyarankan perlunya akselerasi program peningkatan keterampilan (upskilling dan reskilling) yang merata lewat sinergi strategis berbagai sektor.
