Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Era Transformasi Digital Dan Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Transformasi digital telah mengubah sistem kerja organisasi dan kebutuhan kompetensi tenaga kerja. Dalam era future of work, organisasi tidak hanya dituntut mengadopsi teknologi digital, tetapi juga memperkuat human capital melalui inovasi dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam menghadapi transformasi digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur melalui sintesis artikel ilmiah dan laporan organisasi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital mendorong organisasi melakukan upskilling dan reskilling secara berkelanjutan serta memperkuat literasi digital, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan kepemimpinan adaptif. Penelitian ini menawarkan model konseptual melalui integrasi digital capability, innovation capability, dan continuous learning system untuk meningkatkan kesiapan organisasi menghadapi future of work. Dengan demikian, penguatan human capital menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan organisasi di era transformasi digital.
