Transformasi Digital Dan Penguatan Human Capital Pada Umkm Indonesia: Kajian Konseptual Dalam Menghadapi Era Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan mengembangkan kerangka konseptual penguatan human capital pada UMKM Indonesia dalam menghadapi transformasi digital dan era Future of Work. Permasalahan utama adalah rendahnya literasi digital, kompetensi tenaga kerja yang tidak memadai, serta hambatan struktural yang menghambat digitalisasi UMKM. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah kerangka human capital terintegrasi yang terdiri atas empat pilar. Artikel konseptual ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur naratif dari jurnal akademik, laporan pemerintah, dan publikasi organisasi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan resiprokal antara transformasi digital dan human capital. Kerangka yang dihasilkan mencakup empat pilar yang saling memperkuat, yaitu kompetensi digital dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, budaya inovasi dan design thinking, kesejahteraan dan resiliensi pekerja, serta integrasi prinsip Lingkungan, Sosial, dan Tata Kelola (ESG). Kerangka ini menyediakan peta jalan strategis bagi pelaku UMKM, asosiasi, dan pembuat kebijakan. Penelitian ini memperluas teori human capital ke dalam konteks UMKM digital serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan kapasitas berkelanjutan.
