Strategi Human Capital 5.0: Membangun Ekosistem Kerja Masa Depan Melalui Inovasi SDM Dan Teknologi Kolaboratif
Abstract
Abstrak. Disrupsi digital dan tuntutan Society 5.0 mendorong transformasi fundamental dalam pengelolaan human capital. Penelitian konseptual ini bertujuan merumuskan model ekosistem Human Capital 5.0 yang berkelanjutan melalui sinergi inovasi SDM dan teknologi kolaboratif. Menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur sistematis, artikel ini menganalisis tiga pilar utama: pertama inovasi SDM sebagai penggerak future of work melalui reskilling, upskilling, dan agile culture; kedua, strategi human capital berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan aspek employee well-being, green HRM, dan long-term value creation; ketiga, peran teknologi kolaboratif seperti AI, menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ketiga pilar tersebut membentuk ekosistem kerja yang adaptif, humanis, dan produktif. Model ini menawarkan kontribusi teoritis bagi pengembangan literatur Human Capital 5.0 serta implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi SDM yang relevan dengan era digital.
