Analisis Debt To Equity Ratio Dan Current Ratio Terhadap Net Profit Margin Dalam Mendukung Sustainable Human Capital Pada Perusahaan Teknologi (PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi 2021 - 2025)
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil analisis dari Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk selama periode 2021–2025 dalam mendukung keberlanjutan sustainable human capital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data penelitian berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari sumber resmi perusahaan selama periode observasi penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui aplikasi E-Views versi 14 yang didukung oleh pengujian asumsi klasik meliputi uji multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel DER tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap NPM dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,6933 (>0,05). Demikian pula, variabel CR tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap NPM dengan nilai probabilitas 0,5735 (>0,05). Secara simultan, DER dan CR juga tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap NPM dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,817168 (>0,05). Hasil penelitian ini, mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan teknologi tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh struktur modal dan likuiditas, tetapi juga diperngaruhi oleh aspek lain seperti efektivitas operasional, inovasi bisnis, strategi perusahaan, serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan.
