Transformasi Kompetensi Sdm Di Era Digital: Strategi Menghadapi Disrupsi Teknologi Dan Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi
Abstract
Abstrak, Riset ini mengkaji urgensi transformasi kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam menghadapi disrupsi digital yang masif serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi literatur yang komprehensif, riset ini menganalisis laporan berkala dari lembaga internasional seperti World Bank, OECD, dan ILO, yang dipadukan dengan teori-teori modal manusia modern. Hasil kajian menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi tradisional tidak lagi memadai untuk menjaga keberlangsungan organisasi. Organisasi memerlukan pergeseran strategis menuju keterampilan digital tingkat tinggi, kemampuan analisis data, dan fleksibilitas kognitif. Lebih lanjut, studi ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi SDM tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, melainkan membutuhkan penyelarasan arsitektur antara tata kelola organisasi yang adaptif, program upskilling/reskilling yang sistematis, serta budaya organisasi yang tangkas (agile). Pada akhirnya, integrasi ini menjadi pendorong utama dalam memacu inovasi, efisiensi operasional, dan keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang.
