Training Needs Analysis Sebagai Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Melalui Reskilling Dan Upskilling Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work: Studi Kasus Pada PT BIM
Abstract
Abstrak. Perkembangan transformasi digital dan future of work menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi organisasi dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Namun, tidak semua perusahaan telah menerapkan sistem pengembangan SDM yang terstruktur dan proses kerja berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesenjangan kompetensi dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan sebagai strategi penguatan human capital melalui Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem kerja yang sebagian dilakukan secara manual dan belum memiliki program pelatihan yang terstruktur. Karyawan mengalami kesenjangan kompetensi terutama dalam kemampuan digital, pengolahan data, sistem inventaris, dan keselamatan kerja. dan beradaptasi dengan teknologi. Hasil analisis TNA menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pelatihan utama meliputi pengolahan data, sistem inventaris, perangkat lunak engineering, pengendalian kualitas, keselamatan kerja, dan keterampilan digital dasar. Oleh karena itu, penerapan TNA dapat menjadi dasar strategis dalam merumuskan program reskilling dan upskilling guna mendukung kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi future of work.
