Peran Transformasi Digital dalam Pengembangan Human Capital Berkelanjutan: Implikasi bagi Praktik Manajemen SDM di Era Future of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Akselerasi transformasi digital telah mengubah secara mendasar cara organisasi mengelola dan mengembangkan human capital-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran transformasi digital dalam mendorong pengembangan human capital berkelanjutan, mengidentifikasi implikasi strategisnya terhadap praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM), serta memetakan pengaruh digital competency gap terhadap efektivitas Sustainable HRM. Pendekatan systematic library research diterapkan dengan menggunakan 10 artikel terpilih dari basis data Scopus dan Web of Science (2019–2026) melalui protokol PRISMA dan analisis thematic synthesis. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan bahwa artificial intelligence, big data analytics, dan cloud-based learning management system telah mengkatalisasi pergeseran paradigma dari pelatihan periodik menuju ekosistem pembelajaran kontinu berbasis teknologi. Fungsi MSDM telah bertransformasi dari peran administratif menjadi kemitraan strategis berbasis people analytics. Namun demikian, technical skills gap, data literacy gap, dan digital mindset gap tetap menjadi hambatan kritis bagi implementasi human capital yang berkelanjutan. Organisasi disarankan mengadopsi strategi build-buy-borrow-bot secara terintegrasi, memprioritaskan investasi pada Digital Learning Ecosystem, serta mendorong kolaborasi lintas fungsi antara HR, IT, dan Learning & Development guna menjadikan pengembangan kompetensi digital sebagai agenda strategis kolektif.
