Mewujudkan Future-Ready Workforce Melalui Pengembangan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan
Abstract
Abstract, Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran pengembangan human capital berbasis inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam mewujudkan future-ready workforce. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (library research). Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber sekunder berupa jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi, buku, serta publikasi ilmiah yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan content analysis dan analisis deskriptif komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi, membandingkan, dan mensintesis temuan dari berbagai penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan human capital merupakan faktor utama dalam membangun tenaga kerja yang siap menghadapi transformasi digital, Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0, dan tuntutan keberlanjutan. Kesiapan tenaga kerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi teknis dan digital, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan berinovasi, beradaptasi, serta menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan. Program reskilling dan upskilling yang didukung budaya inovasi dan praktik keberlanjutan terbukti mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan kesiapan tenaga kerja menghadapi perubahan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi human capital, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan sebagai strategi dalam menciptakan future-ready workforce yang adaptif, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan.
