Transformasi Digital Human Capital: Analisis Kesiapan Inovasi Karyawan PT JNE Dalam Menghadapi Fenomena Future Of Work

Industri logistik dan rantai pasok global tengah berada pada titik infleksi yang bersejarah, di mana konvergensi antara teknologi komputasi awan, kecerdasan buatan, dan otomasi fisik sedang merevolusi cara barang didistribusikan. Di Indonesia, transformasi ini bukan sekadar tren pasar yang bersifat sementara, melainkan sebuah metamorfosis struktural yang krusial bagi ketahanan ekonomi nasional. PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), sebagai salah satu pionir industri logistik di Indonesia, dihadapkan pada urgensi untuk melakukan rekalibrasi strategis yang mendalam, tidak hanya pada infrastruktur fisik tetapi yang jauh lebih fundamental adalah transformasi Human Capital. Fenomena Future of Work telah mendisrupsi arsitektur pekerjaan tradisional, menggeser peran fisik manual ke arah sistem algoritmik dan otonom. Transisi ini menciptakan Kesenjangan Kesiapan Inovasi antara kapabilitas teknologi dan kesiapan karyawan. Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis komprehensif mengenai transformasi digital human capital dengan fokus pada kesiapan inovasi karyawan PT JNE. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan skala psikometrik, studi ini mengevaluasi konstruk multidimensi kesiapan inovasi, termasuk penerimaan teknologi, iklim kelompok, dan kepemimpinan digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem teknologi tinggi seperti Mega Hub mampu memproses 48.000 paket per jam, keberhasilan operasional tetap sangat bergantung pada motivasi karyawan, kompensasi, dan mitigasi technostress. Cetak biru strategis 2026-2030 diusulkan untuk menyelaraskan efisiensi mesin dengan kebutuhan sosiopsikologis manusia melalui upskilling, kepemimpinan digital, dan evaluasi kinerja berbasis hasil.
