Strategi Penguatan Human Capital dalam Menghadapi Disrupsi Teknologi Digital di Indonesia
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital di tengah pesatnya perkembangan disrupsi teknologi digital. Saat ini negara Indonesia tengah menghadapi kesenjangan kompetensi yang signifikan, yang terlihat dari nilai HCI sebesar 0,54 yang masih di bawah rata-rata Kawasan di Asia Timur dan Pasifik, dengan salah satu penyebab dari rendahnya nilai HC adalah akses internet, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang belum merata secara geografis. Dengan melakukan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan kajian literatur dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini mensistesis temuan dari laporan internasional dan dokumen kebijakan nasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan ada tiga strategi prioritas yang harus dilakukan pemerintah, yaitu melakukan reformasi pendidikan yang berbasis digital, melakukan akselerasi reskilling dan upskilling dari tenaga kerja dan melakukan penguatan ekosistem kebijakan, dengan pengimplementasian secara simultan dan terkoordinasi
