Peran Human Capital Di Era Transformasi Digital: Studi Tren Rasio Hce Dan Fee-Based Income Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Keuangan Digital Banking Pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk
Abstract
Abstrak, Studi ini menelisik konfigurasi strategis modal manusia dalam perbankan syariah guna menavigasi disrupsi digital dan tatanan kerja masa depan. Mengangkat problematika integrasi operasional pasca-merger, riset ini menginvestigasi bagaimana optimalisasi aset kognitif mampu mendorong resiliensi institusional. Dengan menerapkan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis data keuangan sekunder longitudinal dari PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk sepanjang periode 2021 hingga 2025. Komponen yang dievaluasi mencakup Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), pendapatan berbasis biaya digital, indikator efisiensi beban operasional (BOPO dan CIR), serta proksi profitabilitas (ROA dan ROE). Hasil analisis empiris menyingkap trajektori pertumbuhan rasio HCE yang konsisten, yang secara nyata mengkatalisasi ekspansi eksponensial pada perolehan komisi transaksi daring melalui platform BSI Mobile. Secara simultan, peningkatan kapasitas intelektual ini berhasil merampingkan arsitektur biaya perusahaan dengan menekan inefisiensi mekanis, sehingga mampu menjaga stabilitas rasio pengeluaran terhadap pendapatan sekaligus mendongkrak keuntungan bersih secara agregat. Sebagai simpulan, studi ini mengukuhkan bahwa kapabilitas kognitif yang superior bertindak sebagai jangkar utama dalam mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan, memvalidasi relevansi Resource-Based View dan Human Capital Theory dalam ekosistem keuangan syariah yang terotomatisasi.
