Transformasi Digital Dan Inovasi Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapan Human Capital Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi dan menciptakan tantangan baru dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Transformasi digital dan inovasi SDM menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan human capital untuk menghadapi future of work yang ditandai dengan otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan model kerja yang fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran transformasi digital dan inovasi SDM terhadap kesiapan human capital dalam menghadapi perubahan dunia kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan PRISMA. Artikel yang digunakan berasal dari jurnal ilmiah relevan tahun 2021–2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi organisasi dan mendorong pengembangan kompetensi digital tenaga kerja. Selain itu, inovasi SDM melalui upskilling, reskilling, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan pengembangan talenta berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan human capital. Sinergi antara transformasi digital dan inovasi SDM terbukti menjadi faktor strategis dalam membangun tenaga kerja yang adaptif, kompetitif, dan siap menghadapi future of work.
