Business Intelligence Sebagai Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Menghadapi Future of Work di Indonesia
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi dan tantangan sumber daya manusia Indonesia dalam menghadapi transformasi digital dan Future of Work, serta mengkaji pemanfaatan Business Intelligence sebagai strategi penguatan human capital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah tingginya kesenjangan keterampilan, dominasi pekerja informal, perubahan kebutuhan kompetensi akibat digitalisasi, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi melalui pengembangan kompetensi digital, pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, program upskilling dan reskilling, serta penerapan Business Intelligence yang didukung manajemen data dan Human Capital Analytics. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review yang memanfaatkan berbagai sumber data sekunder berupa buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan pemerintah, dan publikasi lembaga nasional maupun internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Business Intelligence mampu mendukung identifikasi kebutuhan kompetensi, pemetaan skill gap, pengembangan talenta, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Integrasi Business Intelligence dan penguatan human capital dapat meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja Indonesia menghadapi transformasi digital dan Future of Work secara berkelanjutan.
