Analisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Operasional Dan Kinerja Perusahaan
Abstract
Abstrak. Transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan mengadopsi Management Information System (MIS) sebagai instrumen strategis pengelolaan operasional. Namun, kesenjangan antara potensi dan implementasi aktual SIM masih menjadi persoalan yang belum terpetakan secara komprehensif lintas sektor industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola penerapan SIM, mengidentifikasi faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasinya, serta mendeskripsikan kontribusinya terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara multidimensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah terpilih dari basis data Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Academia.edu, terbitan 2021–2026, dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan thematic analysis. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan dua pola dominan penerapan SIM, yakni cross-departmental integration dan specific process digitalization, yang keduanya bertumpu pada otomatisasi dan sentralisasi data. Keberhasilan implementasi ditentukan oleh kesiapan infrastruktur, komitmen kepemimpinan, dan digital upskilling sumber daya manusia, sementara resistensi karyawan dan absennya IT governance framework menjadi penghambat utama. SIM terbukti berkontribusi secara multidimensional terhadap efisiensi operasional, profitabilitas, kualitas layanan, dan ketajaman pengambilan keputusan strategis. Perusahaan disarankan menyusun digital transformation roadmap yang terstruktur sebelum implementasi SIM dilakukan secara menyeluruh.
