Analisis Strategi Inovasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Future of Work di Era Digital
Abstract
Abstract, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) guna menghadapi pergeseran tren kerja masa depan (Future of Work). Di era digital, organisasi dituntut untuk melampaui manajemen konvensional. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa inovasi dalam rekrutmen berbasis AI, pengembangan kompetensi digital (upskilling), dan fleksibilitas kerja menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara teknologi dan aspek humanis dalam MSDM mampu meningkatkan adaptabilitas karyawan terhadap perubahan teknologi yang masif.
