Human Capital Berkelanjutan Dalam Era AI Dan Future Of Work Melalui Strategi Reskilling Dan Upskilling Untuk Meningkatkan Kesiapan Tenaga Kerja
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan transformasi digital telah mengubah karakteristik pekerjaan serta kebutuhan kompetensi tenaga kerja secara signifikan. Kondisi tersebut mendorong organisasi untuk memperkuat human capital berkelanjutan sebagai aset strategis dalam menghadapi Future of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran uman Capital berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja, mengkaji implementasi strategi Reskilling dan Upskilling, serta mengidentifikasi upaya organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang memanfaatkan data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan. Strategi Reskilling dan Upskilling terbukti mampu mengurangi kesenjangan keterampilan serta meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi tenaga kerja terhadap perubahan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan Human capital berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja dan daya saing organisasi pada era AI dan Future of work.
