Pengaruh Transformasi Digital Dan Artificial Intelligence Terhadap Future Of Work Melalui Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan: Studi Literatur
Abstract
Abstrak. Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI), transformasi digital, otomatisasi, big data, dan Internet of Things telah mengubah pola kerja, model bisnis, serta kebutuhan kompetensi tenaga kerja. Penulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis peran human capital dalam menghadapi transformasi digital dan future of work serta mengkaji pengaruh AI terhadap inovasi dan dunia kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka yang memanfaatkan data sekunder dari buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan World Economic Forum (WEF), OECD, dan berbagai sumber relevan lainnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan serta strategi penguatan human capital pada era digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan inovasi organisasi, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan berupa otomatisasi pekerjaan, ketidaksesuaian keterampilan, dan kesenjangan digital. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu mengembangkan human capital secara berkelanjutan melalui program upskilling, reskilling, peningkatan literasi digital, penguatan budaya inovasi, dan penerapan AI yang etis. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemajuan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam beradaptasi, berkolaborasi, berinovasi, dan melakukan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat.
