Pengembangan Model Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Digital untuk Menghadapi Future of Work
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara inovasi digital, kompetensi digital, dan pengembangan human capital dalam menghadapi dinamika future of work. Fokus utama adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana inovasi teknologi memicu transformasi paradigma pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengikuti protokol PRISMA 2020. Analisis dilakukan terhadap artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2026 yang diakses melalui basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik untuk mensintesis temuan-temuan kunci dari literatur yang terpilih. Hasil tinjauan sistematis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital berperan sebagai katalisator utama dalam proses; tanpa penguasaan teknologi yang memadai, inovasi digital tidak dapat memberikan kontribusi optimal terhadap pengembangan human capital. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi model human capital baru yang berbasis pada adaptabilitas, pembelajaran berkelanjutan (lifelong learning), dan kepemimpinan digital sebagai fondasi utama dalam menghadapi dunia kerja masa depan.
