Transformasi Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Upskilling Dan Reskilling Di Era Artificial Intelligence Dan Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak: Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan transformasi digital yang semakin pesat telah mengubah karakteristik pekerjaan serta kebutuhan kompetensi organisasi di era future of work. Organisasi dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi melalui pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang relevan dengan perubahan teknologi dan dinamika industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategi upskilling dan reskilling dalam transformasi kompetensi sumber daya manusia di era Artificial Intelligence dan future of work. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan human capital, transformasi digital, serta pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upskilling dan reskilling merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi tenaga kerja, literasi digital, kemampuan inovasi, dan daya saing organisasi. Selain itu, organisasi yang menerapkan pengembangan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan dinilai lebih mampu merespons disrupsi teknologi dan menciptakan budaya kerja yang fleksibel. Oleh karena itu, penguatan human capital melalui transformasi kompetensi menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi di era digital.
