Human Capital Dan Keberlanjutan Organisasi : Eksplorasi Adaptasi Dunia Kerja Di Era Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak : Perkembangan transformasi digital yang semakin pesat serta munculnya konsep Future of Work telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi secara signifikan sehingga menuntut pengelolaan human capital yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran human capital dalam mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi di tengah disrupsi teknologi dan sumber daya manusia dengan tuntutan lingkungan kerja berbasis digital. Penelitian, dan referensi yang relevan mengenai pengembangan human capital, inovasi, keberlanjutan, serta tren Future of Work. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi perlu memperkuat kompetensi digital, mendorong pembelajaran berkelanjutan, membangun budaya inovasi, serta menerapkan praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Selain itu, ketahanan organisasi di era Future of Work tidak hanya ditentukan oleh adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan mengembangkan human capital yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan siap menghadapi perubahan. Dengan demikian, investasi strategis pada human capital menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing organisasi jangka panjang.
