Penguatan Human Capital Sebagai Strategi Meningkatkan Daya Saing Di Era Ekonomi Digital
Abstract
Abstrak, Transformasi digital telah mengubah struktur perekonomian global dan menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang adaptif, inovatif, serta memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengembangan human capital dalam memperkuat daya saing ekonomi Indonesia di tengah percepatan transformasi digital. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar mampu menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan persaingan global. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa human capital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, mendorong inovasi, serta mempercepat adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi digital melalui pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, penerapan Human Resource Information System (HRIS), penguatan kepemimpinan adaptif, serta kolaborasi pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan institusi pendidikan melalui model triple helix. Keberhasilan strategi tersebut didukung oleh literasi digital, pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis teknologi, infrastruktur digital, kebijakan pemerintah, serta budaya organisasi yang inovatif. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan human capital yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan merupakan faktor strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi Indonesia dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional di era digital.
