Human Capital Digital Sebagai Penggerak Daya Saing Organisasi Di Era Transformasi Digital
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran human capital digital sebagai penggerak daya saing organisasi di era transformasi digital. Menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis, makalah ini menganalisis konsep dan temuan empiris dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Human capital digital mencakup keterampilan digital, literasi digital, serta kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja berbasis teknologi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang berinvestasi dalam pengembangan human capital digital memperlihatkan tingkat inovasi, efisiensi operasional, dan keunggulan kompetitif yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang tidak. Selain itu, komitmen kepemimpinandan budaya organisasi memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung transformasi digital. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks digital serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan posisi kompetitif melalui strategi human capital digital.
