Bias Kognitif Dan Dinamika Pengambilan Keputusan Strategis Pada Organisasi Pendidikan
Abstract
Abstrak, Pengambilan keputusan strategis pada Lembaga Pendidikan sering dipandang sebagai proses rasional yang berdasar pada data dan logika. Namun, berbagai riset dalam ranah psikologi kognitif dan perilaku organisasi menunjukan bahwa proses tersebut jauh lebih riskan terhadap distorsi sistematis yang dikenal sebagai bias kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis bias kognitif yang paling lazim dalam praktik pengambilan keputusan strategis pada organisasi Pendidikan di Indonesia, menelaah factor-faktor structural dan kultural yang memperkuat hal tersebut, serta merumuskan kerangka mitigasi yang relevan dengan konteks kelembagaan pendidikan. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi pratisipatif dan telaah dokumen kebijakan di 13 satuan pendidikan di kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa confirmation bias merupakan bias yang paling dominan (84%), disusul dengan anchoring bias (78%) dan overconfidence bias (71%). Bias-bias system pengambilan keputusan yang lebih reflektif dan berbasis bukti di lingkungan pendidikan.
