Digital Learning Dan Reskilling Sebagai Strategi Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perubahan teknologi yang berlangsung secara eksponensial telah mengubah karakteristik pekerjaan, model bisnis, serta kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja modern. Transformasi digital tidak hanya menciptakan peluang baru, tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan berupa kesenjangan keterampilan (skills gap) yang semakin luas. Dalam konteks tersebut, digital learning dan reskilling menjadi strategi penting untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia menghadapi future of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep digital learning dan reskilling serta perannya dalam membangun tenaga kerja yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan. Kajian dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai teori dari para ahli. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa digital learning memungkinkan proses pembelajaran yang fleksibel, personal, dan berkelanjutan, sedangkan reskilling berfungsi sebagai mekanisme transformasi kompetensi untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan pekerjaan masa depan. Sinergi keduanya mampu meningkatkan daya saing individu maupun organisasi dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi dan perubahan pasar kerja global.
