Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Mewujudkan Future Ready Workforce Di Era Transformasi Digital
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja menghadapi transformasi digital dan masa depan dunia kerja (future of work). Akselerasi teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan otomatisasi menuntut pergeseran paradigma manajemen sumber daya manusia yang tidak hanya berfokus pada produktivitas, melainkan pada aspek adaptabilitas dan ketahanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (library research). Data sekunder dihimpun dari berbagai artikel ilmiah nasional maupun internasional bereputasi, buku, serta dokumen publikasi terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) dan analisis komparatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Investasi pada program reskilling dan upskilling digital secara kontinu merupakan fondasi utama human capital development; (2) Internalisasi budaya inovasi memicu lahirnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kompleks secara kreatif; dan (3) Integrasi prinsip keberlanjutan melalui pengembangan green skills membentuk tenaga kerja yang bertanggung jawab secara sosial dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi ketiganya merupakan strategi krusial dalam mewujudkan future-ready workforce yang tangguh, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan.
