Human Capital Readiness toward Future of Work: Pendekatan Inovasi dan Keberlanjutan dalam Manajemen SDM
Abstract
Abstrak. Transformasi digital telah mengubah pola kerja dan menciptakan tantangan baru bagi organisasi dalam mempersiapkan human capital menghadapi future of work. Perkembangan teknologi seperti artificial intelligence (AI), otomatisasi, dan platform digital menuntut organisasi meningkatkan kesiapan sumber daya manusia melalui pendekatan inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam Human Resource Management (HRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara transformasi digital, human capital readiness, innovation HRM, dan sustainability HRM menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis 12 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025 dari database Google Scholar, Garuda, Scopus, dan Springer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan SDM dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi digital, adaptability, resilience, dan continuous learning. Selain itu, innovation HRM melalui digital HR, HR analytics, dan e-learning mampu mendukung pengembangan tenaga kerja serta meningkatkan adaptabilitas organisasi. Sustainability HRM juga berperan dalam meningkatkan employee wellbeing, work-life balance, dan keberlanjutan organisasi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi memerlukan strategi HRM yang holistik dan integratif untuk memperkuat kesiapan human capital dalam menghadapi tantangan future of work di era digital.
