Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic leadership in enhancing the effectiveness of educational management, focusing on SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang Selatan. The methodology employed is qualitative, using in-depth interviews and observations. The results indicate that the implementation of principles such as justice, integrity, and service in Islamic leadership positively contributes to managerial effectiveness at the school. However, there are challenges in its implementation that need to be addressed through appropriate strategies.
