Author Fees

All articles published in Jurnal Informatika Universitas Pamulang (JIUP) are open access and immediately available to the public upon publication. To support this open-access model, the journal charges Article Processing Charges (APCs), which are paid by the authors once a manuscript is submitted. These fees are used solely to cover the editorial and production costs of making the final version of the work freely accessible.

Article Processing Charges (APCs): Effective January 1, 2025, the publication fee for JIUP is IDR 1,200,000 for Indonesian authors. To encourage global knowledge sharing, the fee is waived for Indonesian authors collaborating with international co-authors. Furthermore, a full fee waiver is granted to submissions where all authors are affiliated with international (non-Indonesian) institutions. Payments should be directed to the Jenius account (Bank SMBC Indonesia) number 90012836533, under the name Asep Erlan Maulana.

Please note that paying the APC does not guarantee the acceptance of a manuscript, as every submission must undergo a rigorous peer-review process. In the event of a withdrawal by the author during the process, only 10% of the fee will be refunded. If the manuscript is rejected after review, 10% of the fee will be refunded.
