Optimalisasi Penempatan Kontainer Prioritas di Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi Menggunakan Model Knapsack 0/1

Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi sebagai operator pelabuhan memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kelancaran arus logistik melalui aktivitas bongkar muat dan penumpukan kontainer. Peningkatan volume barang dan keterbatasan kapasitas blok penumpukan sering menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah kontainer yang masuk dan ruang yang tersedia. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan bottleneck operasional, bertambahnya waktu tunggu, serta penurunan efisiensi layanan. Meskipun Terminal Operating System (TOS) digunakan untuk mendukung manajemen operasional, sistem ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam menangani kondisi darurat seperti overcapacity. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan pendekatan optimasi menggunakan metode Knapsack 0/1 guna menentukan kontainer yang sebaiknya ditempatkan pada blok utama berdasarkan prioritas dan kapasitas yang tersedia. Penyelesaian model dilakukan dengan Dynamic Programming untuk memperoleh solusi optimal secara sistematis dan efisien. Hasil penerapan model menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi penataan kontainer yang lebih optimal, membantu mengurangi potensi kelebihan kapasitas, serta meningkatkan efektivitas perencanaan penumpukan kontainer di Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi.
