Publication Ethics

This journal enforces a publication ethics policy to maintain the scientific quality, academic integrity, and credibility of every published article.

Author Ethics

Authors are required to submit manuscripts that are original, accurate, and free from plagiarism. Authors must properly cite all references, data, quotations, and contributions from others in accordance with scientific standards. Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Authors must ensure that all parties who have made significant contributions are listed as authors. Authors are responsible for the content, validity of the data, and authenticity of the work submitted.

Editor Ethics

Editors are responsible for selecting, evaluating, and determining the suitability of manuscripts based on academic quality, originality, relevance, and scientific contribution. Editors must conduct the editorial process objectively, fairly, and without discrimination. Editors are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of authors’ information and manuscript content throughout the review process. Editors must not use unpublished material for personal gain and must avoid conflicts of interest.

Reviewer Ethics

Reviewers are responsible for evaluating manuscripts objectively, constructively, and in a timely manner to assist the editor in making publication decisions. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the entire content of the manuscripts under review. Reviewers must base their evaluations on the quality of the scientific content, not on personal interests. Reviewers must report to the editor if they find indications of plagiarism, duplication, or other ethical violations.

Publisher Ethics

The publisher is responsible for supporting the publication process professionally and maintaining the independence of editorial decisions. The publisher must ensure that every published article has undergone an editorial process that meets ethical standards. The publisher must uphold the integrity of the scientific record through corrections, clarifications, or retractions of articles if violations of publication ethics are found.

Conflict of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect the objectivity of the publication process. All parties must avoid financial, personal, or institutional relationships that could influence scientific judgment.

Handling of Ethical Violations

The journal will investigate any allegations of plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate publication, or other ethical violations. Depending on the severity of the violation, the journal may take action in the form of revision, rejection, retraction of the article, or notification to the relevant institution.

This journal is committed to creating an honest, transparent, professional, and responsible publication process to support the advancement of science and service to the community.
