Author Guidlines

1. General Information

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration for publication in any other journal or publication medium. The manuscript should be written in clear and academic English and must comply with the journal’s focus and scope.

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original research articles

  • Conceptual or theoretical papers

  • Critical and systematic literature reviews

  • Best practices and innovative studies in education and learning

3. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared using the journal article template and meet the following requirements:

  • Length: 4,000–7,000 words (including references)

  • Page size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: Standard (2.5 cm on all sides)

4. Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be organized as follows:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) Name(s) (without academic titles)

  3. Affiliation(s) and Corresponding Email

  4. Abstract (150–250 words)

  5. Keywords (3–5 words)

  6. Introduction

  7. Method

  8. Results and Discussion

  9. Conclusion

  10. Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  11. References

5. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should clearly state the research objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions. Keywords should reflect the core concepts of the manuscript and be arranged alphabetically.

6. Citation and References

All citations and references must follow the APA Style (7th Edition) published by the American Psychological Association. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

7. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding references and properly cited quotations.

8. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

9. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors must complete all required metadata during submission and upload the manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

10. Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Authors are required to follow ethical principles related to authorship, originality, data integrity, and conflict of interest.

11. Open Access Policy

The journal provides immediate open access to its content. All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
