Abstract

Tantangan kedepan pada industri harus meningkatkan pembangunan infrastruktur dan kinerja pegawai yang memadai. Di sisi lain, perusahaan juga sedang mendapatkan bonus demografis berupa jumlah pegawai generasi milenial yang seharusnya pada usia produktif dan mampu menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, variabel bebas yaitu budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional, dan variabel moderasi yaitu motivasi. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara awal dan pengisian kuisioner tertutup pada 488 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan generasi milenial, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan generasi milenial, motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan generasi milenial, budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial melalui motivasi, motivasi memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan generasi milenial secara tidak signifikan.
