Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Kajian Teoritis Struktur Organisasi Proyek Bisnis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji secara teoritis teori-teori pendukung dalam penentuan struktur organisasi dalam proyek bisnis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam penerapan ilmu manajemen khususnya pada ilmu manajemen strategi dalam pembentukan organisasi. Sampel jurnal yang mendukung secara teoritis diambil dari elsevier.com kemudiaan dikumpulkan ditelaah dan diambil yang paling dominan dalam mendukung penentuan struktur organisasi proyek bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SLR (Tinjauan literatur sistematis). Hasil dari penelitian teoritis ini menemukan bahwa terdapat 9 teori yang dominan dalam menentukan struktur organisasi proyek bisnis, diantaranya: Teori organisasi, 2Teori kelembagaan,  Teori pemangku kepentingan, Teori kontinjensi, Teori Transaction Cost Economics (TCE), Teori sistem kompleksitas, Teori Perilaku Organisasi Teori Perilaku Organisasi, Teori keagenan, dan Teori tata kelola
