Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Putra Sinar Permaja (South Quarter)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan budaya organisasi yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan, Kinerja karyawan yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian pada PT. Putra Sinar Permaja (South Quarter). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 59 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Uji validitas isi dan konstruk dilakukan untuk menguji kevalidan instrument penelitian. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan untuk menguji kehandalan intrumen penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budaya organisasi yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan dan kinerja karyawan yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Hasil pengujian dengan  menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, nilai konstanta (a) adalah 7,950 dapat diartikan jika budaya organisasi nilainya adalah 0, maka kinerja karyawan  nilainya 7,950.  Nilai koefisien regresi variabel  budaya organisasi (b) bernilai positif yaitu 0,639. Artinya bahwa setiap peningkatan budaya organisasi  sebesar  1, maka kinerja karyawan  juga akan meningkat sebesar 0,639. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung 5,693 > t tabel 1,672029 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan PT. Putra Sinar Permaja (South Quarter).
