Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun pada sisi lain, perkembangan ekonomi digital berpotensi menciptakan kesenjangan pertumbuhan antar wilayah, baik secara nasional maupun regional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak ekonomi digital terhadap PDB per kapita, menjelaskan faktor transmisinya, dan mengkaji efek spasial dari ekonomi digital terhadap PDB perkapita. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel pada 13 negara di ASEAN+3 selama 2016-2023 dengan metode panel spasial dinamis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) pada Kawasan ASEAN+3 dibuktikan bahwa perkembangan ekonomi digital berdampak positif terhadap PDB per kapita. (2) mekanisme transmisi ekonomi digital dalam mempengaruhi PDB perkapita pada kawasan ASEAN+3 ditemukan melalui sektor industri dan jasa (3) Pengaruh ekonomi digital juga bersifat menyebar antar negara, ini dibuktikan dengan adanya spillover effect positif dari ekonomi digital terhadap PDB per kapita di kawasan ASEAN+3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlunya membangun kerangka regulasi yang harmonis di antara negara-negara ASEAN+3 untuk mendorong integrasi perkembangan ekonomi digital.
