PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TICKETING BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA WISATA KOLAM RENANG TIRTA ARSEL MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING. Kolam Renang Tirta Arsel, yang terletak di Desa Kutapohaci, Kecamatan Ciampel, Kabupaten Karawang, merupakan salah satu objek wisata lokal yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Namun dalam praktiknya, pengelolaan sistem reservasi tiket dan penyampaian informasi masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Pengunjung harus datang langsung atau menghubungi pengelola untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai harga tiket, jadwal operasional, serta fasilitas yang tersedia. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti antrian panjang, kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterbatasan dalam menyebarluaskan informasi kepada calon pengunjung. Permasalahan tersebut menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan objek wisata secara lebih modern dan efisien dengan membangun sebuah sistem website. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan untuk merancang sistem berbasis kebutuhan pengguna adalah metode Design Thinking. Metode ini menekankan pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengguna (empathy), pendefinisian masalah, eksplorasi solusi kreatif, pembuatan prototipe, dan pengujian, sehingga sistem yang dikembangkan benar-benar menjawab kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Untuk perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website kolam renang Tirta Arsel berbasis website ini menggunakan PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni sebuah website yang dapat memudahkan pembelian ticketing, penjualan tiket, pengelolaan, penyebaran informasi ticketing & validasi tiket QR.

DESIGN OF A WEBSITE-BASED TICKETING INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE TIRTA ARSEL SWIMMING POOL TOURISM USING THE DESIGN THINKING METHOD. Tirta Arsel Swimming Pool, located in Kutapohaci Village, Ciampel District, Karawang Regency, is one of the local tourist attractions that has the potential to develop. However, in practice, the management of the ticket reservation system and information delivery is still done conventionally. Visitors must come directly or contact the manager to obtain information about ticket prices, operating schedules, and available facilities. This condition causes various obstacles, such as long queues, recording errors, and limitations in disseminating information to prospective visitors. These problems indicate the need to develop an information system that can support the management of tourist attractions in a more modern and efficient way by building a website system. One relevant approach to designing a system based on user needs is the Design Thinking method. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of users (empathy), defining problems, exploring creative solutions, making prototypes, and testing, so that the system developed truly answers real needs in the field. For the design of the Tirta Arsel swimming pool website-based information system, this website uses PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL. The results of this study are a website that can facilitate ticket purchases, ticket sales, management, distribution of ticket information & QR ticket validation.
