RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENJUALAN ONLINE SUPLEMEN OTOT DENGAN METODE USER CENTERED DESIGN (UCD) BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS: GERRY GYM). Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional serta kualitas layanan dalam berbagai sektor bisnis. Gerry Gym merupakan pusat kebugaran yang tidak hanya menyediakan fasilitas olahraga, tetapi juga menawarkan produk suplemen otot untuk menunjang kebutuhan konsumennya. Namun, sistem penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan tempat transaksi, ketergantungan pada jam operasional, serta kesulitan dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data penjualan secara efisien dan akurat. Kondisi permasalahan ini berpotensi menurunkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan serta menghambat perluasan pasar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem penjualan online berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Metode UCD dipilih karena berfokus pada kebutuhan, karakteristik, serta kenyamanan pengguna akhir, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka sistem, pengujian prototipe, hingga evaluasi langsung oleh pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem penjualan online yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja, dengan antarmuka yang responsif, ramah pengguna, serta mampu menyajikan data penjualan secara otomatis, terstruktur, dan profesional. Diharapkan, sistem ini mampu menjadi solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan yang ada dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta kepuasan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian suplemen secara digital di Gerry Gym.

ABSTRACT
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ONLINE SALES SYSTEM FOR MUSCLE SUPPLEMENTS USING WEB-BASED USER CENTERED DESIGN (UCD) METHOD (CASE STUDY: GERRY GYM).In the rapidly developing digital era, the use of information technology has become a crucial aspect in improving operational effectiveness and service quality in various business sectors. Gerry Gym is a fitness center that not only provides sports facilities but also offers muscle supplement products to support the needs of its customers. However, the sales system, which is still carried out manually, creates various obstacles, such as limited time and place for transactions, dependence on operating hours, and difficulties in recording and managing sales data efficiently and accurately. These problematic conditions have the potential to reduce customer satisfaction levels and hinder market expansion. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a web-based online sales system using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD method was chosen because it focuses on the needs, characteristics, and comfort of end users, through the stages of user needs analysis, system interface design, prototype testing, and direct evaluation by users. The result of this study is an online sales system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, with a responsive, user-friendly interface, and is able to present sales data automatically, structured, and professionally. It is hoped that this system can be an effective solution to existing problems and increase the efficiency and satisfaction of customers in conducting digital supplement purchasing transactions at Gerry Gym.
