            PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ARSIP DOKUMEN BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN METODE INCREMENTAL (STUDI KASUS: PT AHMAD BROTHERS SOLUSINDO). Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan sistem penyimpanan dokumen yang cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses menjadi sangat penting, khususnya bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultasi seperti PT. Ahmad Brothers Solusindo. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem penyimpanan database berbasis web yang memadai untuk mendukung pengelolaan dokumen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi arsip dokumen berbasis website dengan metode incremental guna meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan kerapihan dalam pengelolaan data perusahaan. Metode incremental dipilih agar pengembangan sistem dapat dilakukan secara bertahap dan terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mempermudah proses penyimpanan arsip secara online, meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data, serta membantu staf perusahaan dalam mengelola dokumen dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya sistem ini, PT. Ahmad Brothers Solusindo dapat mengelola dokumen secara lebih aman, terorganisir, dan terintegrasi dalam satu platform berbasis web.

ABSTRACT

            DESIGNING A WEBSITE-BASED DOCUMENT ARCHIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE INCREMENTAL METHOD (CASE STUDY: PT AHMAD BROTHERS SOLUSINDO). In the rapidly evolving digital era, the need for fast, accurate, and easily accessible document storage systems is increasingly essential, especially for consulting companies such as PT. Ahmad Brothers Solusindo. One of the main issues faced by the company is the absence of a proper web-based database system to support effective document management. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based document archiving information system using the incremental method to improve the efficiency, security, and organization of company data. The incremental method was chosen to allow systematic and gradual system development. The results of the study indicate that the developed system facilitates online archiving, minimizes the risk of data loss, and supports company staff in managing documents more efficiently and accurately. With this system, PT. Ahmad Brothers Solusindo can manage its documents in a more secure, organized, and integrated manner through a web-based platform.
